This article helps you if you are not able to make rules in Airmail due to the rules window is empty or not displaying properly. One example of how can it look like in such a case is shown in the picture below. 

If you experience such issue, please follow the steps below to make rules window workable again:

  1. Go to Airmail Data as shown in the picture below.

2. Then choose the path General > Local and select Local.db and move it to trash.

3. Then quit Airmail and relaunch again. Everything in the rules window should display and work properly now.
